Guests will be welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine, followed by a refined tasting menu (150 Euro per person – beverages excluded).
At midnight, as tradition dictates, guests will enjoy cotechino with lentils, a symbol of good fortune for the year ahead, accompanied by a toast to 2026 and a DJ set to keep the celebration going into the night.
From 12:30 a.m., the evening continues with access to the Palace Hotel Discotheque, including one drink, to welcome the New Year with music and an unforgettable festive atmosphere.
